But more goes on at these facilities than containment. Trackers are trained to hunt down supernatural creatures. Named for their prime directive: tracking down supernaturals and bringing them in, these unacknowledged officials still have license to kill, and they are as much judge as officer.
It is little wonder that retaliation is growing in this age of fighting for your liberal rights. Creatures inherently born slaves to their drive, a genetically psychological need, are beginning to wonder where their rights have been in this world.
